About Vered Ohanna
Where experience meets possibility
The founding question
What happens when capability is greater than possibility?
Identity Longevity™ was founded by Vered Ohanna from a question at the intersection of human development, experience, leadership and change:
What happens when what you are capable of is greater than what you can currently see as possible for yourself?
Longevity has traditionally focused on helping us live longer and healthier lives.
Identity Longevity™ asks a different question:
What could we intentionally make possible with the life we have?
Because living longer does not automatically create more opportunity. We can have more years and still repeat the same patterns, roles and choices.
Or we can intentionally use more of who we are - bringing our experience, capabilities, interests and perspectives into new possibilities.
That is what Identity Longevity™ explores.
Across disciplines
A perspective built across disciplines
The thinking behind Identity Longevity™ has grown from Vered's 20+ years working across engineering, major projects, business, leadership and coaching in Israel, Australia and New Zealand.
With a background in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, PMP and advanced training in NLP, coaching and executive facilitation, she brings together systems thinking, strategy, human behaviour and change.
Identity Longevity™ draws on psychology, adult development, neuroscience, behavioural science, leadership, and longevity and life-course research.
Each field illuminates part of the picture. Identity Longevity™ brings them into conversation around a different question:
How does who we are influence what we can see as possible - and how can we intentionally expand that across a longer life?

Vered Ohanna
Founder, Identity Longevity™
" Because living longer isn't only about having more years.
It's about what you choose to make possible within them "
Across a lifetime
Bigger than a career
Career and business are just one application of Identity Longevity™ - and where the exploration of the work started.
The question extends across a lifetime and through the transitions we experience - relationships, family, parenthood, health, place, responsibility, interests, contribution, expression and the way we see ourselves.
As life changes, do we expand what is possible for ourselves with it?
Identity Longevity™ is about intentionally using more of who you are - bringing more of your experience, capabilities, interests and perspectives into the world, and making room for possibilities you may not have considered before.
